1. Who we are

Looprise ("the Platform") is built and operated by Techtoly Solutions Private Limited ("Techtoly", "we", "us"). This policy explains what personal data we collect across Campus Looprise, Looprise HR and Looprise Agency, how we use it, and the choices you have.

2. Data we collect

• Account data — name, work email, organization, role and login credentials.
• Candidate & student data — resumes, profiles, assessment responses, and interview recordings (audio/video) submitted through the Platform.
• Communication data — messages sent via integrated channels such as email and WhatsApp Business API for scheduling and screening.
• Usage data — device, browser and interaction logs used to secure and improve the Platform.

3. How we use data

We process data to deliver the services you configure: running AI interviews and assessments, generating scores and evaluation reports, scheduling, producing documents such as offer letters and invoices, and providing analytics to your organization. We do not sell personal data.

4. AI processing

Interview responses are analyzed by automated systems to produce structured evaluations (for example: communication, technical depth and confidence indicators). Organizations control how these outputs are used in their decisions, and human review is always available.

5. Recordings & integrity features

Where enabled by your organization, interviews may be video recorded and protected by integrity features such as face detection and secure links. Recordings are accessible only to authorized roles within the organization that conducted the interview.

6. Sharing

Data is shared only with (a) the organization that invited you to the Platform, (b) service providers who help us operate it (hosting, communications, analytics) under contractual safeguards, and (c) authorities where required by law.

7. Retention & security

We retain data for as long as needed to provide the service or as instructed by the controlling organization, then delete or anonymize it. Data is protected with encryption in transit, access controls and audit logging.

8. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may request access, correction, export or deletion of your personal data. Candidates and students should direct requests to the organization that invited them; we support organizations in fulfilling them. You can also write to us directly.
